Cook-In-Bag Beef is made from Australian beef blade shoulder, carefully prepared to our family recipe. The meat is bagged and sealed, and then cooked in its own juices. The bag is not opened after cooking, just labelled and dispatched. This ensures that every cut is as tender and tasty as can be. It is suitable for making pulled beef for burgers, as well as for use in sandwiches and heat-and-serve roast beef.
